This is a private apartment on the 2nd floor with a large and very fresh balcony(sea is 200mtrs close) with a wonderful view of the neighborhood; it has two double rooms w/ air conditioning, and fan, cd’s player, and tv.set, kitchen is equipment with supplies ready for cooks ;-), bathrooms w/ hot/cold shower (it has two baths, but the smallest is outside the room).
The owner clean the apartment, and provide you w/ towels toilet paper, the sheets ( linen beds ), and will be changing every other day( Including in the price.)
Breakfast and dinner is also available(extra price).
If you want to rent just one room, the price will be $ 50 cuc per the whole apartment and the other oom will be closed.

It is located in a central touristic zone, 300m far from Havana’s Malecon and 200 meters from National and many other Hotels. Disco, bar restaurants.
